A very relaxing, no-stakes slice-of-life domestic fantasy story in which a group of very cute and likeable characters just chill, share their emotions, and eat delicious looking food and drink. Not for everyone, but just very chill. And it really made me want to drink tea, so if that was the goal, it definitely succeeded.

Rinn has grown up with tea dragons inhabiting their village, but stumbling across the real dragon turns out to be a completely different experience! Aedhan is a young dragon who was appointed to protect the village, but fell asleep in the forest eighty years ago. Rinn’s adventuring uncle Erik and his partner Hesekiel come to the village at the same time as Aedhan is woken up. There is a mysterious creature in the surrounding forest of Rinn’s village that is putting creatures and folk to sleep, and it is Erik and Hesekiel’s job to find it.

This tea dragon story is a sort of backstory for characters introduced in the previous book. It was just as elegantly done, even with the increase in more mature content. There is violence, depictions of blood, and death. But it is done with soft, gorgeous art and flowing story.

Another gorgeous graphic novel from K O’Neill. I love this series. The characters are so vibrant and expressive, with unique communities.

This installment, from the past, is such a great insight into tea dragons vs Dragons. The tea dragons are a long distant cousin of true dragons. There are also new tea varieties in this one.

Very cute and heart warming
The little action scene made me gasp
Though I'm not really on board with the whole animalesq + human relationship,  if it was human+human I'd relax more, maybe it's just me but despite this, I liked this one better than the first, there was more story and it flowed better and the art is just gorgeous.  the characters themselves are very loving and lovable and I enjoyed it
Also ASL in this one! The deaf representation was beautifully done

A very sweet and enchanting story, with a more interesting plot than the tea dragon society. I enjoyed this very much and am glad it exists.
