I did enjoy this audio book, although it lost me for a bit, later on nearer the end, however, I did finish it and I liked it. There were some good twists and it’s worth the listen. I listened with the free catalogue.

This wasn’t my kind of book to begin with but I got it on my audible membership, and it was short so I thought why not? That ending though…. So disappointing.

I enjoyed the book but the ending was weak and the main protagonist was very underdeveloped. She was also too young for the role she p,aged. It would have made more sense if she was in her early teens.

Quick listen.

SpoilerThe kid should have been older, 9 is just too young to have pulled off such a stunt.

This was a good short original. The ending actually caught me by surprise, but then how they tied everything in was nicely done.

Wow.

Second Skin had some really good twists and turns throughout it. I honestly wasn't expecting some of the information towards the end of this either. Yet, at the same time.. I just knew that something was coming my way.

Don't get me wrong, this was a pretty good thriller. I just wished it was bit a longer than being an audible original. However, for such a quick/short story - Christian did a wonderful job! I loved all of the characters from start to finish. Especially Erin.. even if I kept forgetting how old she was.

Overall, I'm excited for my next thriller!
