Well, I honestly don’t know how to feel about this book — and I think that’s kind of the point.

Told from the perspective of Kitty Collins, a rich London influencer with a massive online following, How to Kill Men and Get Away With It is as twisted as it is entertaining. Kitty is not your average protagonist: she’s glamorous, privileged, vegan — and a murderer. But here’s the catch: she only kills bad men. The ones who catcall, harass, abuse. So, can you really hate her for that?

As the story unfolds, layers of Kitty’s past, her family history, and her inner loneliness start to surface giving her depth. You don’t exactly root for her, but somehow, you get her. She’s broken and furious, and the world she inhabits doesn’t feel entirely undeserving of her … anger.

What really keeps you turning the pages is the tone — darkly funny and sharp. The book never takes itself too seriously, even when exploring serious themes. But just when you think you know where it’s going, it throws in a stalker, a potential love interest, and the ever-present risk of getting caught… or worse, killing someone who doesn’t deserve it.

A slow start, almost didn't think I would finish it and yet I burned through the last 30 or so chapters within hours. Not my usual type of book but I enjoyed it nonetheless.

Wow just wow. I was completely immersed and flabbergasted with the WHOLE book. This hasn't happened in a while, I'm shocked with how good it was. The plot twist had me gasping with widened eyes. Amazing read, just make sure to check the TWs.

I picked this one up because it was described as a female Dexter, and it definitely delivered on the dark humor and fun, fast-paced vibe. It was entertaining overall, but Kitty just didn’t win me over like Dexter did, and the spice scenes were more cringe than the crime scenes.
