Welcome to The StoryGraph’s January Pages Challenge for 2025! 🥳
This is our fourth time running this challenge, helping StoryGraph users start the year as they mean to go on.
The goal is simple: read at least one page, or listen to at least one minute of your audiobook, every day in January and track it on The StoryGraph. By doing so, we hope you can cultivate the habit of reading just a little bit each day!

Some of our favourite bookish companies have once again offered some fantastic prizes for three lucky winners who complete the January Pages Challenge!
Two winners will each receive:
- A year's subscription to our Plus plan (giftable if you're already a Plus member)
- Six audiobook credits for Libro.fm
- $50/£50 to spend at Bookshop.org
- £50 ($60) to spend at Blackwell's
Everyone who successfully tracks their reading progress for all 31 days of January will be entered into the prize draw, and it’s open worldwide!
How to take part
- Click 'Join challenge' at the top of this page.
- Track at least one page, or one minute or percent of an audiobook, every single day in January, starting on the 1st and ending on the 31st.
- If you forget to track one day or typically track the day after, add in what your progress entry would have been for the previous day, click 'Add note/Edit date', and then edit the entry's date to the day before. It’s important to do this in chronological order. Then carry on tracking as normal!
- That’s it!
How to track your progress
Create at least one progress update from either the home page, book’s page, or Currently Reading page, by clicking on the 'Track progress' button or the pencil icon by the progress bar.
You can edit the date for the entry by clicking 'Add note/Edit date' before saving your progress update.
Get involved
Let us know you're taking part and share your progress on social media using the hashtag #JanuaryPagesChallenge. Be sure to tag us - we love seeing and sharing your updates!
For those on Instagram, we've made a Story template to share your daily progress! You can find it in our Templates highlight.
Alternatively, you can share your progress using our built-in monthly calendar graphic, which you can access from your January 2025 Stats page.

We will be drawing the winners in early February. If you sign up to this challenge, you agree that we can share your email address with Libro.fm, Blackwell’s, Bookshop.org, and Kobo should you be chosen as a winner. The winners will be contacted via email and will have up to a week to claim their prize!
