Matt Haig is obviously a wonderful author, and this didn't change my perspective on him. But I did considerably prefer his books about how to be gentle and kind to yourself. Whereas this book underlined all the reasons why you are justified to have anxiety in this world. I knew that already sir. This did not make me feel better. But I appreciate your work regardless.
