Notes on a Nervous Planet
by Matt Haig
I really like what and how Matt Haig writes about mental health.
I felt like I could relate to quite a few of his thoughts and ideas.
There are so many amazing quotes from and quoted in this book that I'd like to remember.
The writing style is perfect.
The title and entire theme of this book what I've been (unconsciously) looking for since I first started doubting where humanity is heading.
And yet it somehow wasn't a five star book for me.
Maybe it was some ideas I didn't agree with or the fact that everything seemed a little too neat or all these "think positive, be positive" kinda pieces of advice. Or maybe I've just read too many amazing non-fiction books lately to appreciate this as much as I would have a couple of years ago.
