great messages!! i skimmed a lot of it, but here's the three things in here that I'll take away
- run!! exercise!! do something to complete your stress cycle *every day*, you need at least 20-30 min
- befriend your inner critic
- keep gratitude journaling, 3x things you're grateful for every day (i started doing this at the end of january and am really enjoying it :-) ).
