Glass Sword by Victoria Aveyard
5.0
9.5/10
Another stunning novel by Aveyard. It was so much fun to read about some of my favourite characters this year again, and get immersed in the wonderful world once more. I really don't have all that much to say. I love the characters, the plot, the writing, the relationships, everything.
The only reason why this is a 9.5 not a 10 is because I found Mare a bit more annoying than usual. Honestly, I debate whether this should be a reason to take points away from a rating because I always say that an emotive book is a good book. Yet I feel like it was more of an annoyance at how Mare was constantly portrayed as a hypocrite rather than the fact she is one. But this couldn't fully take me away from how much I enjoyed this book.
