Second time reading (June 2024) ! 5 stars absolutely loved this story! They are starting to deal with tougher topics now that they are getting older. I loved reading about their trip and I adore their friend group! I would love to add these books to my collection someday!

I absolutely loved all of the representation between the friend groups in this graphic novel! This series is showing me that love comes in many different forms.

I think that in some ways Nick is handling come out as a couple a bit better than Charlie. I am actually a little bit worried about Charlie
and the whole "not eating" thing. I hope he's not developing an eating disorder...

There is a lot of stress on these characters to fit a certain mold but in Charlies friend group they are really supportive of each other.

I also like that the author showed
an adult gay couple! I think that relationship shows young readers that being gay is not a phase and it can happen at any stage of life...

This book gives me hope that I will find "my people" someday and I think I have with the online book community and my IRL friend group! Now I just need to figure myself out and were I fit with my sexuality....
