It is so incredibly heartening to find books that are solely about embracing your neurodiversity and giving yourself the space and self-care that you deserve. And while this book is a great little reminder of that notion, it wasn't incredibly groundbreaking. A large amount of the tips within this book are basic self-care. And while they are catered towards those with ADHD this publication is more of a constant nudge in the right direction rather than something that will change your day-to-day.
