Meditation is nothing but being aware about the present moment. With the help of some astounding paintings the author depicts the needness of meditation, by just focusing on the breath, by sitting idle, by observing our day to day activities.
These days we are living in someone else's perspective, following the signboards, advertisements, etc. At Least once a day we need to focus inward and need to know what our mind says. Meditation is not only closing the eyes and sitting idle, it is also being aware even though you are doing something.
