I loved the synopsis for this one however the writing didn't quite match up to my expectations. 
 
The characters aren't well developed and I didn't actually like any of them! The storyline is quite mundane, and very obvious what's going to happen next. There's no real plot twist though you can tell the author thinks they've snuck one in. 
 
Honestly I wanted to DNF this book after the first couple of chapters but pushed on in the hoped that it would get better - spoiler alert, it doesn't! 
 
It's unfortunate that it wasn't what I expected as this book could've been so much more!
