I am bad at getting enough sleep. After reading Thrive, I had pretty high hopes that this book would offer some new insight that would help me get better at prioritizing sleep. It is a good overview about the problem of not getting enough sleep and she does list a lot of resources in the back. I guess it could be described as a good starting point. It just wasn't as deep as I was hoping. I felt like she touched on everything a little and then moved on to another topic. It was still well researched and a decent read if you're interested in sleep.
