The ACT Workbook for Perfectionism: Build Your Best (Imperfect) Life Using Powerful Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Self-Compassion Skills by Jennifer R. Kemp, Lisa W. Coyne

challenging hopeful informative inspiring reflective slow-paced

5.0

"Life-changing" is the most truthful, direct, and complete definition of this workbook that I can think of, and yet it utterly fails to convey the deep and expansive feelings of joy, empowerment, and freedom it has helped me discover. The journey and transformation I have undergone beggars description. If you're willing to do the work, to be honest with yourself, and courageous enough to enact real change, I am sure this workbook will release you from the shakles of perfectionism, too.
