I'm going to have to actually buy this one.  It won't get used often, if I'm being honest, but it's so lovely every once in a while to curl up in a chair with this, flip through from cover to cover, rediscovering what look to be some lovely culinary gems, and daydream about foods you can make when the seasons begin to produce a new bounty.
