Pleasantly surprised just how much this book has made me reevaluate my own journey through mental health and wellness. It has changed the very foundation of what I thought was plaguing me, and changed it in a way that I actually see a manageable future with how I interpret mental health, as well as how well I handle future stressors and traumatic experiences. I can’t thank my therapist enough for recommending this to me, and we are both very excited to do IFS work within our own sessions!
