The drama in this book is addictive! The concept of the story is very interesting as well! I loved envisioning what it would be like if America had a monarchy. I mean could you even imagine?!
Anyway, this book is very much based on relationships. Each character you hear from has some sort of relationship obstacle that they are trying to overcome. We have a forbidden love trope, love for the sake of social climbing, and love shared by people in completely different worlds. Personally, I live for the drama and I am so excited to read the next one! I mean the ending is just... wow!
