this IS the best book in the series. there is simply no way to swing it in which this would not be the best.
the ANGST. the LOVE CONFESSIONS. MAXONS LOVE LETTERS ??????
also there is simply something about the boy who has insomnia and can never sleep properly because his thoughts keep him awake being able to sleep soundly in the presence of the girl he loves. it’s just so special to me. (maxon being able to sleep next to america, gansey calling blue in the middle of the night just to hear her voice)
also (again) WHY WOULD YOU MAKE ME LOVE CELEST JUST TO KILL HER???? can i not have one second of happiness????
anyways, maxon is so the archer, this is me trying, mirrorball, iris, supercut, slip away core ESPECIALLY in this book.
