The Heart of Yoga: Developing a Personal Practice by T. K. V. Desikachar

5.0

One of the most concise and instructional books I've read on the overarching practice of yoga. As well as the main text, it contains a translation and commentary on Patanjali's Yoga Sutra, which I found clear and relatable. If I was asked to recommend a book to start your exploration of yoga, I would currently go for this one.
