Read this in hopes it would be more evidence based but unfortunately the writer gives very little info on the studies mentioned and comes to the conclusion that is convenient for the thesis of the book without going into details and the why. Correlation does not equal causation so without further info, sample sizes and more it makes every study mentioned virtually useless.
