This book is the 3rd installment of the Chestnut springs series and it follows Jasper and Sloane. It’s a childhood friends to lovers and small town , road trip romance.
I was really REALLY liking this book during the first 50% of it but it got so horny so quickly. After the first s*x scene… they did. Not. Stop. Not to mention… it kinda got weird because everyone started randomly calling Jasper and Sloane cousins after they got together. It was starting to creep me out.
This ended up being so disappointing because friends to lovers is my favorite trope and is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS when done well. Idk the book and the characters relationship started to be very one dimensional and sex-centered wayyy before the characters even admitted their feelings for each other.
