Just finished reading As long as the lemon trees grow by zoulfa katouh.

Wow, this book was a rollercoaster of emotions. I don't usually cry while reading, but this one really got me.

It's a story of survival in war-torn Syria, where every day is a struggle to find joy and hope amidst the chaos. It was a heart-wrenching experience to read about the ongoing wars in the world. It was a stark reminder of the brutal reality of war. The pain and suffering that people endure in these conflicts are unimaginable.

The author's writing is beautiful, but the subject matter is heartbreaking.
Overall, I highly recommend this book for anyone looking for a powerful and moving read.
