Be wary. Be clever. Be good.

AAahhhhh! I’m definitely adding this duology to my favorites this year, such a gem!

After that somewhat cliffhanger at the end of One Dark Window, I immediately needed to know what will happen. The setup was perfect, another obstacle for our protagonists, which normally there’s characters you don’t care for but wow, this is such a good group that you can’t help to root for!

In One Dark Window, Elm, the moody emo Prince, had some great one liners and I was so glad Two Twisted Crowns had his POV, it was everything. I loved the three POVs as a whole, it made the story come together in a big way! The writing is very clever, all the rhymes! I die! My favorite!!

I still love The Nightmare and his sarcastic comebacks and found myself laughing multiple times, when not laughing at Elm or Ione because everyone had great lines to go around!
