Wow! Can a second book be as good as the first?
Especially when the main character is gone?
Yes, I think so! I loved every second of this, the world-building, the characters, the humor, the romance. And Nightmare? Is hilarious. I just love him. There is everything in this book that made me fall in love with the first one. There are perilous quests and hidden Cards to find. Also, Elm is kind of awesome in this book. Didn't love him in the first book, but he has redeemed himself. This may be my favorite duology yet!
