I found this book very interesting and the overall idea is that a meaningful life implies also being a stressful life. Stress means is very generic and it means different things to different people, but when you encounter stressful situations they are the ones that provide the highest growth. So the book is all about shifting the mindset of how you perceive stress and how those stressful situations tie to your goals / values.
Almost a 5-star, just that i found it a bit repetitive at times.
