Digital Minimalism: Choosing a Focused Life in a Noisy World by Cal Newport

4.0

Eminently devourable.

The writing may be simple and some details debatable, but the message is clear: most of what you do on your phone is sapping your will to live.

If you have the faintest suspicion that this may be true, the least you could do is pick up this book.

Worst case you quit after forty pages. Best case, it freed up huge swathes of free time for you, making your life immeasurably richer and more fulfilling.

That’s a ludicrously profitable proposition for you. I recommend you take advantage of it.
