very very informative. and quite illuminating. author stretches some of the effects a tiny bit, but it's quite clear that sleep is not something to skip on any sort of regular basis. 

that being said, if you are reading for self-help purposes and reading facts about how eschewing sleep will harm you in every aspect of your life doesn't sound motivating, then perhaps read a summary and move on.
