Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy by David D. Burns

This is a book that everyone should read, no matter what stage of their life they’re at. It’s very dense and packed with a lot of information, and at times hard to digest because of the way it’s written since it’s quite outdated but it’s still incredibly useful and much needed. I can’t recommend it enough how much this book is needed and I know I’ll definitely be coming back to it often.
