Did not finish book. Stopped at 19%.

Without really vibrant characters right off the bat, the initial info-dumps didn't grab me either, and the action sequences were not particularly gripping. Neither was there a coherent world/dilemma developing in a way that I was curious about. Reading reviews that the middle gets baggier, the action is at its peak in the beginning affirmed that this book wasn't for me.
