This book knocked the wind out of me. I teared up towards the end when I realised what Addie had done. I found it so moving and also enticing — I’m not quite sure what to do with that now I’m finished!
I like that the book had a limited premise — which meant we could go deep into the implications of that, as opposed to reaching too far and being expansive when it didn’t necessarily warrant that.
