I've already implemented so many changes into my life because of this book. I read this through audiobook, and Kimberly had a pleasant voice to listen to. 
The first section of the book going into the details of brain science was a bit dense, especially when listening through audio. I almost wanted to just skip to the part where she tells me how to build a healthy brain, but I pushed through because I knew it would be helpful to have a backstory on the science. Although I found the beginning of the book to be boring, I'm glad it was included because it shows Wilson's work. I never thought that Wilson was selling me anything throughout this book. I have spoken a lot about this book to people in my life and intend to implement even more of the reccomendations. I will definitely be printing out the checklist and putting it on my fridge. Very excited to read more health books now!
