I really wasn't expecting to learn a lot from this book. but I found it easy to read and follow. I will be implementing several of the techniques into my daily routine.

The 28-day workbook takes you through many different scenarios and issues. It explains what is happening in your body in layman's terms and then gives you simple and effective exercises to help calm and ground you.

The exercises outlined in this book are suitable and effective for people who suffer from anxiety but is also helpful for people with ADHD and Autism.

Overall, I found the book engaging and educational without being to technical and boring.
