Truly Devious by Maureen Johnson

5.0

An engaging read, every piece of info you learn about the original ellingham case as well as the modern day characters had me feeling satisfied and then craving for more. Stevie is a relatable narrator that has both incredibly endearing and realistically awkward sides. These are teenagers and they felt that way, the right amount of maturity and immaturity.

Learning about all the different students was really enjoyable and I have to say I had no idea who to even suspect as things started happening because everyone seemed simultaneously innocent and guilty.

I'm very excited to see where the next book goes and will definitely be finishing the series, I have to many questions!!!
