The Furies by Katie Lowe

2.0

You know when you get to the end of the book and you’re not really sure what happened but it made you uncomfortable and feel a bit odd? That’s The Furies for me.

Violet is a child with a traumatic past. As she is thrown into private school life she is sucked into a group that can only be described as a dysfunctional cult.

With triggers of animal cruelty, sexual assault, murder, brainwashing, murder, brutality of all natures and drug/alcohol abuse this is a book covering all bases of debauchery.

The characters felt unlikeable and ultimately you struggle to care when they may or may not end up dead.
