This is THE book for depressed people to read. My therapist recommended it and it really does help. It walks you through the steps to having clear, logical-based thoughts rather than irrational ones that make your mood turn sour immediately. I pick this up whenever I need a reminder that I am determining how I feel by the thoughts I create in my head.
