Did not finish book.
ugh. just... ugh. (sorry!) tone and style not helpful, and felt very flippant - which was a bizarre feeling given the nature of the subject. got just under halfway through and decided to set the book aside and stop torturing myself. [b:Mind Over Mood, Second Edition: Change How You Feel by Changing the Way You Think|25329836|Mind Over Mood, Second Edition Change How You Feel by Changing the Way You Think|Dennis Greenberger|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1442815694s/25329836.jpg|104440] - though terribly, awfully titled - is far more helpful and supportive in gaining an understanding of CBT, and working through CBT activities.
