Two Twisted Crowns by Rachel Gillig
4.0
This book was even better than the first. A solid 4 stars.
We continue the story of the Nightmare, Elspeth, Ravyn, Elm, and Ione. In this book you will be getting more of Elm and Ione, so just be ready for that. I really liked their story, but I will say that I don't feel like I can give the book 5 stars because this whole story is around Elspeth and we really didn't get much of her at all. I can see why at times, but other times, it was weird just having the other characters 75% of the time.
Again, the author did a great job of painting that eerie feeling. I will definitely be reading more gothic fantasy in the future.
