Nothing is ever anyone's fault. Listen, I am very wary of UPF and do my best not to eat it. However, calories and calorie deficits are the key to losing weight. Take some personal responsibility. Also. I am baffled by the seemingly HAES slant this book has. HAES is a scam. Whether you want it to be or not, weight is an indicator of health, and BMI can be a useful tool.
