Fake ID

This book was engaging and an joy to read. I appreciated the author's writing style and found the story line easy to follow. I think they would be a enjoyable book for many teens to read. My biggest concern about the book was with the holes in the mystery.
Spoiler alert:
The biggest hole was the timeline of Eli's death. If he was murdered on Friday night, why was he not found until Monday morning? If Eli's family was as close as portrayed would they have gone all weekend not trying to find him when he did not return home? Granted it takes some time to figure out this is a big hole in the timeline which is why I raced through the book. Once the timeline was revealed I struggle to finish because I was lost in the details not making sense.
