Honestly, I am always skeptical of these books. However, this book legit provided life changing tips that are so easy, that are also SCIENCE BACKED and cited and footnoted. Impeccable research, so compassionate to the person reading. I would definitely recommend! I've already started incorporating a few and damn  . . . good stuff.
