While it mentions some really interesting studies made around trauma being passed through DNA, the writer loses me when he puts the burden of solving a bad relationship with a parent on the child. The writer believes that, without having a good relationship with your parents, you can never be "whole". It completely disregards instances of abuse. I stopped reading there.
