bryancardenas 's review for:
Everyone in This Room Will Someday Be Dead
by Emily Austin
This has been by far the most hilarious book I've read so far this year! (I finished this in less than a day)
As someone who typically does not take the time to write a review, I'd love to put into words what I felt reading a book by Emily R Austin for the first time: CAN WE BE BEST FRIENDS AND GO GET COFFEE?
The sense of humor of this book is so acid and realistic I almost felt like I was reading about my wife and myself lol we both are people who suffer from a lot of anxiety and show it in a whole different way. It was so refreshing to read inside our minds and see our different reactions reflected on Gilda.
There's such a silly quote on the book when Gilda finds herself trying to comfort a character that is crying and opening up to her:

.I came into this room planning to cure my hangover with a fourth cup of coffee. I did not come equipped for this'. which is basically how I feel most of the times whenever I find myself in situations like that.
Overall, I recommend this book for people who can actually enjoy acid, realistic and dark sense of humor and want to read something funny and lighthearted.
Ms Austin, please let's be friends!
