I listened to the audiobook and it felt very accessible and her narration was very soothing
While I don’t think there was anything life changing in this book, I do think it’s presented in a way that was helpful- particularly the low mood sections.
Personally, I can’t see myself implementing the activities she suggests (maybe me saying that shows I’m the exact type of person that should be) but I think going forward I’ll have her advice stored in my brain which will hopefully be helpful and allow myself to be more mindful in situations
