No Bad Parts: Healing Trauma and Restoring Wholeness with the Internal Family Systems Model by Richard C. Schwartz

dark emotional reflective slow-paced

I think the framework of being aware and kinder to different parts of ourselves is interesting, but his methodology feels rather Freudian and unscientific. He also preaches constantly and states grandiose claims. If you have read any Eckhart Tolle, this book feels similar to his work. Wouldn't recommend.
