A lesbian rom-com that pokes fun of other rom-coms!! Need I say more?
I was first interested in this book because, well, the cover (LOOK AT IT!), but then the premise completely sold me as well.
It did not disappoint in the slightest! The characters were really relatable, as was a lot of the plot/story-lines
And what I think Ciara Smyth has such a knack for was the change in tone when needed. I was laughing from one sentence one moment, and sobbing from something sad the next.
This book was an absolute delight and easily one of my favorite contemporaries I’ve read in awhile.
Authors, please write more wlw fiction like this!
