Super informative always knew sleep was important but wow this is a shock at times! Must read and it definitely shows a more holistic look at health and this needs to be applied more. I am a night owl and always called lazy if I sleep in till 11am but if I don’t get to sleep until 4am that’s not being lazy! Businesses and learning establishments need to research sleep more too
