Completely changed the way I think about food, haven't implemented any of the plan yet as I'm a student and bit unrealistic (for me) to completely cut out sugar however, I have learnt so much about the lies we are taught about food growing up and why my body is the way it is
(fun fact: its mostly genetic)
including the wrong ways that saturated fats are demonized.
