Highly recommended for sales people or anyone who has to negotiate for a living. Much of the books reads more like a memoir than a self help book, following the author’s experience through some very high stakes hostage negotiations. The lessons he learned though are relevant for many situations and he does a great job tying his experience to more approachable day to day experiences.
