I enjoyed this. For some, the author may be including too much research to back up his claims, but of course that is necessary when discussing medical research that goes against most of what we hear in popular media. At times he does act as though adopting a whole-foods plant-based diet is accessible to most of us, and it simply isn't. But reading this was a reminder to move more in that direction.
