No Such Thing As Normal: What My Mental Illness Has Taught Me About Mental Wellness by Bryony Gordon

4.0

A quick, informative tool-kit with a lot of clear advice on how to access help. Bryony Gordon writes about mental health with an honest, raw view which is very relatable and much easier to digest as it is clear she understands having struggled herself. This book doesn’t necessarily have any revolutionary techniques but a good strong message about there being no quick-fix and doing the work. All in all, a decent read, take what you need and what resonates from the book and leave what doesn’t speak to you.
